Advertisements for the following categories are not permitted:

• Alcoholic beverages.
• Tobacco and related products.
• Weapons and ammunition.
• Pyrotechnic devices.
• Attorney services (including legal malpractice representation).
• Adult content.
• Games of chance and lotteries.
• Political election efforts.
• Advocacy organizations.
• Religious institutions.

The following ad formats are prohibited:

• Pop-up windows or questionnaires.

Marketing partners and promotional sponsors must adhere to these requirements:

• Medical or wellness claims must be clearly supported by evidence. Documentation verifying product assertions may be requested from advertisers.
  
  
• Health Needs Inc Essentials or Health Needs Inc cannot be portrayed as recommending any commercial product or sponsor.
  
  
• Health Needs Inc holds ultimate authority over all promotional messaging, visual materials and advertising text that appears alongside or linked to our content. This encompasses reviewing ad materials and positioning prior to publication on the platform.
  
  
• Advertisements, promotional imagery and corporate branding must be presented in a manner that clearly distinguishes them from editorial content.
  
  
• Health Needs Inc maintains the authority to decline, terminate or eliminate any advertisement from our platform at its discretion. When this occurs, Health Needs Inc will promptly notify the advertiser with a detailed rationale. Health Needs Inc also determines optimal ad positioning throughout its digital properties.
  
  
• Compiling and distributing email databases without explicit user consent is forbidden.
  
  
• Complete terms and conditions for any promotional activity or research initiative must be accessible or hyperlinked.
  
  
• Marketing partners and their representatives may not gather personally identifying data from visitors or install cookies, scripts or similar tracking mechanisms — when such tools transmit personally identifying data to the marketing partners or representatives — on visitor devices.
  
  
• Health Needs Inc operates with complete editorial autonomy from commercial partners and sponsors. Commercial interests have no authority over or contribution to our content development. They also cannot influence organic search result rankings. Commercial partners may purchase featured placement in our search functionality. Co-branding of our medical information is not permitted.
  
  
• Health Needs Inc makes no endorsement of any advertised products or services. For additional information about Health Needs Inc protocols regarding industry partnerships and innovation oversight.

These standards serve as general direction. They are not comprehensive or complete and may be revised at Health Needs Inc’s sole discretion at any moment.

Furthermore, advertisements delivered via networks or programmatic exchanges undergo periodic review and Health Needs Inc will eliminate those failing to satisfy our advertising standards. However, we acknowledge our inability to examine all advertisements prior to their display on our platform due to their delivery method. This creates the possibility that advertisements may appear that conflict with our advertising standards.
